Markéta Pavleje is a Czech food blogger, cookbook author, and entrepreneur. She began her professional career as a makeup artist at ELLE magazine, where she collaborated with numerous celebrities and models.

Her passion for cooking led her to establish the successful blog Kitchenette, where she shares recipes and culinary inspirations. She has authored several cookbooks, including Kitchenette – A Year in the Kitchen and Ben’s Cookbook, created in collaboration with director Kristina Dufková.

As a mother of three, Markéta often reflects on balancing work and family life in her writing.
