Orders can only be cancelled or modified within minutes of placing the order. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to Alexmonhart customer service by emailing info@alexmonhart.com. Please use CANCEL ORDER in your subject line.

Orders may take up to 3 business days to ship during peak shipping times. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to show progress.
Most orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive depending on location.

Expiration in perfumes is more of a technical detail. Eau de parfum consists of oils blended with pure alcohol, which naturally acts as a preservative. In fact, many fragrances continue to evolve as time passes — provided they aren't exposed to significant changes in temperature, humidity, or sunlight. After two years, you might notice some changes—such as chemical reactions between the perfume alcohol and certain ingredients like citrus, which can sometimes give off a faint acetone scent. However, this usually lasts only for about 30 seconds when first sprayed and is a normal, natural process.

One thing that’s often overlooked is how our perception of scent changes over time. For instance, if you’re in a room with a strong odor, your brain gradually adapts to filter it out, and you won't notice it as much after a while. The same phenomenon occurs when we wear a fragrance repeatedly. That’s why we always recommend rotating between different scents.

We do not offer free samples of our products at this time. We do however offer a Discovery set that allow you to explore our collection.

Please note that we are unable to replace, refund, or exchange products purchased through third-party retailers. If you have an issue with a third-party purchase, we recommend contacting the retailer directly for further assistance.

Once your order has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the details. The order confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout. That never happens but if you become an unluck pioneer we are sorry to hear this! Please send a photo of the product to info@alexmonhart.com along with your order number. We will issue you with a return label to use when sending it back to us, and we will then send you a new product.

We are sorry to hear this! We offer a two year warranty on bags, apparel and leather goods bought in our own store (physical and online). If you bought it online please send a photo of the bag to info@alexmonhart.com, along with your order number, or the email address used when placing the order. Depending on the fault and when you bought your bag we will either replace you with a new bag or refund you for the cost of the repair.
If you need any spare parts please let us know and we can send them to you. -
